Which thickness is best for me?
A good recommendation on this point is a thickness between 2" to 4".
For most people, a 3" thick memory foam topper (pad) is sufficient amount of material to cushion and conform to their body. Also, side sleepers seem to prefer a 3" thick topper because it provides them with enough depth to contour and support the shoulder and hip.
A 2" thick memory foam ltopper (pad) is sufficient for those who sleep mostly on their backs and stomachs.
The 4" thick topper will deliver extra comfort if you prefer more cushion for support.
